Loading your products
Bringing your Salla products and your Odoo items into the connector database before any mapping.
1Why this is a separate step
The connector keeps a copy of your catalogue in its own database so it can match quickly when an order arrives. Until you load the products there is nothing to map on the mapping screen.
2Load from Salla
Open the Products Mapping screen and press Load All. Your store's products and all their options are copied into the connector database. The job runs in the background with a blue banner.
3Load from Odoo
Press Load All From Odoo to bring the Odoo items across. Without this step the mapping dropdowns have nothing to offer.
4A big catalogue takes time
A store with thousands of items can take several minutes. Do not close the page or start another job before the blue banner disappears.
5Check the count
Go back to the dashboard and compare the product count in Salla Statistics with the one in Database Statistics. A large gap means the load did not finish — run it again.
6New products arrive on their own
After the first load, any product you create or edit in Salla reaches the connector automatically through events. You only need to reload after a bulk import or a long outage.
7Open Products Mapping
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
