Tecfy exists because good software should fit the business that runs on it — not the other way around. We started in Port Said in 2020, building custom systems for local companies that had outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. That is still the work: understand how a business actually operates, then build precisely what it needs. What began as a single office is now teams across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, serving more than 9,500 customers. Along the way we turned the problems we kept solving into products of our own — TECFY Attendance, Tecfy ERP, and TECFY Tickets — so what we have already solved once doesn't have to be rebuilt from scratch. We measure ourselves by what happens after go-live. Systems have to stay fast, secure, and maintainable as a company grows, and they have to work in the languages our customers work in — English, Arabic, and French, right-to-left included. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and where we're headed: further across the region, deeper into our products, same standard.
