No. Our Saudi office is in Riyadh, and we serve Jeddah clients remotely — workshops, configuration and training run over video calls, and support continues the same way after go-live.
Can I connect my Salla or Zid store to Odoo?
Yes. The TECFY Odoo Connector syncs products, stock quantities, customers, orders, invoices, payments, cancellations and returns between your store and Odoo. It works with Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted Odoo, and costs 60 SAR a month (Standard) or 200 SAR a month (Advanced), excluding VAT, with a 7-day free trial.
How much does Odoo implementation cost for a Jeddah business?
The standard package is 3,999 SAR, the same price anywhere in the Kingdom. It includes setup, the core modules, configuration, three training sessions and one year of support. Odoo Enterprise licences, if used, are billed by Odoo separately.
Who submits invoices to ZATCA when I sell online?
Odoo does. With ZATCA configured in Odoo and automatic submission enabled in the connector, each invoice and credit note the connector creates is submitted through Odoo, and rejections appear on an error screen for you to fix.
Can you take over our data entry in Odoo?
Yes. Our remote data team records invoices, bills, receipts and payments, checks records and follows up stock movements inside your Odoo every working day, from 1,500 SAR a month.
