Which Odoo versions and editions do you support?
All of them — Odoo Enterprise (Online and Odoo.sh), Community, and self-hosted on-premises installations. We will confirm your specific version and customizations during the system review.
What if my Odoo was implemented by someone else?
That is the most common case. We review the existing instance and its customizations first, tell you honestly what shape it is in, and then take it over.
What are the working hours?
Full-time is 8 hours a day, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Part-time is 4 hours a day and you choose the morning or the evening shift.
Is the discounted price only for the first 6 months?
Yes. The offer price applies to your first 6 months. After that the package continues at the standard rate, and you can change or cancel your package before renewal.
Does this include Odoo licence fees?
No. These packages cover the technical team only. Odoo Enterprise licences are billed separately by Odoo, and we can handle the licensing for you as a certified partner.
What is the difference between this and the Complete Package?
The support packages give you engineers only. The Complete Package adds a full-time data and operations team on top, so one team is responsible for both your system and the data inside it.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Customers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf are billed in SAR, and customers in Egypt are billed in EGP. The packages above are shown in your local currency automatically, based on the country you are browsing from.
