Do you provide accounting services?
No. TECFY is a software company, not a licensed accounting or audit firm, and we do not provide accounting, audit, or tax advice. Our team handles the data work — entry, organization, checks, and reporting inside your system — so that your own accountant or auditor receives clean, complete records.
How is this different from hiring someone in-house?
You subscribe to an already-trained team instead of recruiting, onboarding, and carrying the salary, visa, and end-of-service cost of an employee. Coverage and tasks are agreed up front, and you can change or stop the subscription at renewal.
Do I have to be using Odoo?
Odoo is where the team is strongest, and it is what we recommend. If you are on another system we will review it with you first and confirm what the team can cover before you commit.
What are the working hours?
Full-time is 8 hours a day, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Part-time is 4 hours a day and you choose the morning or the evening shift.
Is the discounted price only for the first 6 months?
Yes. The offer price applies to your first 6 months. After that the package continues at the standard rate, and you can change or cancel your package before renewal.
How is my data kept confidential?
The team works inside your own system with access limited to what the agreed scope requires, under a signed confidentiality agreement. Access is revoked immediately if you stop the service.
Can I start part-time and move to full-time later?
Yes. Most clients start part-time and upgrade once they see the backlog clear. You can move up or down between packages at renewal.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Customers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf are billed in SAR, and customers in Egypt are billed in EGP. The packages above are shown in your local currency automatically, based on the country you are browsing from.
