Does TECFY have an office in Dammam?
No. Our Saudi office is in Riyadh, and we serve Dammam and the Eastern Province remotely — workshops, configuration and training run over video calls, and support continues after go-live.
Can field staff check in from different sites?
Yes. In TECFY Attendance each work site can have its own geofence, and check-in is accepted only inside it. Where GPS is weak, an NFC tag fixed at the site can be used instead, and each employee's account is bound to one phone.
Can we keep our existing fingerprint devices?
Yes. TECFY Attendance can take punches from fingerprint devices alongside mobile check-in, so office staff keep using the reader while field staff use the app, in one attendance record.
How much does Odoo implementation cost in Dammam?
The standard package is 3,999 SAR, the same price anywhere in the Kingdom, and includes setup, core modules, configuration, three training sessions and one year of support. Odoo Enterprise licences, if used, are billed by Odoo separately.
