What runs on its own

The few jobs that run on a schedule with no action from you.

The connector is mostly not scheduled

Most of the connector's work is event-driven. A handful of jobs do run on a fixed schedule, and it is worth knowing them because they explain things that appear to happen "by themselves".

Refreshing the Salla token

The connector refreshes your store access token periodically before it expires. This is what keeps the red banner away most of the time.

Token repair — 01:00

Once a day the connector checks for broken tokens and tries to repair them, and checks new merchants whose registration did not complete.

Subscription check — 02:00

Once a day the connector confirms your Salla subscription state and updates the features available to you accordingly.

Pulling missing orders — 03:00

Once a day the connector looks for orders that exist in Salla but never reached it, within the last three days, and pulls them. This heals a short outage on its own.

It does not cover anything older than three days: if you find an older gap, pull it by hand from the Orders screen.

Refreshing ZATCA statuses — hourly

On Odoo 19.3 or later, every hour the connector re-reads the status of documents not yet accepted by the authority, so the badges and screens update without you doing anything.

Everything else is manual

Pulling products, auto-mapping items, retrying errors, and on-demand quantity syncing all need a button press from you.
