Pulling orders from Salla
Fetching orders that exist in Salla but never reached the connector, by date or by page count.
When you need it
- After a break in the connection between Salla and the connector.
- If you installed the app after your store was already trading and want the earlier orders in.
- If you notice a gap between the Salla order count and the connector database count.
By date
Set a from and to date, then press Load All. This is the more precise route when you know when the outage happened.
By page count
Enter how many pages to pull from Salla. Each page is a batch of the most recent orders. Useful when you want, say, the last hundred orders without picking a date.
This takes time
The pull walks every order and runs the full pipeline on each. A wide range means many minutes. A blue banner shows while it works, and you can stop it with Cancel the process.
The last three days are pulled automatically
Every night the connector looks for missing orders within the last three days and pulls them itself. A manual pull is only needed for anything older.
Beware of duplicates
Pulling a range you already pulled can produce duplicate invoices in Odoo if your statuses create documents immediately. Pull only the missing range, and see "Duplicate documents in Odoo" if it happens.
