Choosing the company
Choosing the Odoo company your store's documents are recorded in.
Why it matters
If your Odoo has more than one company, every journal, account and warehouse belongs to a specific one. Picking the wrong company means the tab dropdowns list items that do not belong to yours, and invoices fail with company-mismatch messages.
How to choose
Pick the company from the dropdown in the Odoo Configuration panel. The list is read from Odoo directly.
The list is empty
An empty company list means the Odoo connection has not succeeded yet. Fill in the connection details first and press Save and Reload; the list will populate.
Only one company
If your Odoo has a single company it is selected automatically and there is nothing to do.
Open Merchant info
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
