Finding products that share the same Odoo item, and unlinking them.
Open the multi-product screen
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
What the problem is
When several store products point at the same Odoo item, all their quantities come out of one stock balance and your reporting gets muddled.
When it is intentional
Sometimes it is correct: two listings for the same underlying item. The screen only shows you the cases; it does not assume they are mistakes.
Unlinking
The Unlink button removes a product's link to its Odoo item. It then becomes unmapped, and you can link it to the right item from the Products screen.
Unlinking does not fix the past
Orders already processed with the wrong link stay as they are in Odoo. Review them by hand if quantities came out of the wrong item.
