How products sync
The four switches that control how products move between your store and Odoo.
Two directions, two switches each
Zid to Odoo: add a new product to Odoo, and update the Odoo product from Zid.
Odoo to Zid: add a new product to Zid, and update the Zid product from Odoo.
The usual direction
Most merchants manage the catalogue in their store and want it reflected in Odoo, so they enable only the first two. That is what automatic setup does.
Decide your source of truth before enabling both
Enabling updates in both directions means each system can overwrite the other. Pick which one is authoritative for prices and names, and stick to it.
Where the switches are
The first direction is on the Inventory tab; the reverse direction is on the From Odoo to Zid tab.
Open Configuration
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
Enabling push to Zid unlocks another screen
Switching on either push-to-Zid flag makes an extra mapping screen available for the reverse direction. See Creating products in Zid from Odoo.
