The events Zid sends
The eight subscribed events, and what the connector does when each one arrives.
The three order events
Order created when a new order arrives.
Order status changed when its status is updated in Zid.
Payment status changed when payment is confirmed or changes.
All three are handled the same way
Zid has no separate "order updated" event. All three go through the same handler. That explains something important: a mere payment-status change can rewrite the order lines in Odoo if the lines have in fact changed.
The three product events
Product created, product updated, and product deleted. They arrive whenever your store products change.
The two customer events
Customer created and customer updated. The connector creates or updates the matching partner in Odoo, subject to your settings.
App-level events
The service also receives events about the app itself: install, uninstall, and subscription started, renewed or expired. These need nothing from you.
Open Zid Events
The events screen shows everything that actually arrived, with its full payload.
