Limits worth knowing
The numbers that govern how the connector works, so you do not wait for something that will not happen.
Automatic setup: 50 and 50
Automatic setup fetches only the latest 50 products and 50 orders. Anything older does not arrive on its own.
Exports: fifty thousand rows
Export files are capped at fifty thousand rows. Beyond that the file is truncated and flagged as such — split your export into shorter date ranges.
Online quantities: every 20 minutes
On Odoo Online the two quantity jobs run every twenty minutes. A change in Odoo does not reach your store instantly.
Quantity batches: a hundred at a time
Quantity updates are sent in batches of one hundred. Updating your whole catalogue takes several cycles if you have a large one.
There is no quantity history from Zid
Zid provides no interface for quantity change history, so no past history can be imported. The quantity log starts from when it was switched on and records only what the connector does.
Missed events are not always resent
If the connector was down for a while — an invalid token, for instance — events sent during that time may not be resent. Use Pull orders from Zid to recover them.
