Retrying and the worker banner
What happens when you press Retry, and why it is sometimes blocked.
Retry re-runs the failed step
It does not start the order over: it retries only the step that failed. If the sales order was already created, it is not created again.
Fix the cause first
Retrying an error whose cause is unresolved fails the same way. Read the message, fix it in Odoo or in your settings, then retry.
Retry all
Processes every row on the screen at once. Useful after fixing a shared cause — a missing tax that was failing every invoice, say.
The worker banner
While a long operation runs, a banner at the top of the screen shows what is happening. Do not close the page while it is working.
The "another request is in progress" message
The connector prevents two heavy operations running at once for the same store, to protect your data. Wait for the first to finish, then try again.
The cancel button
You can cancel a running operation. Cancelling stops what remains; it does not undo what has already been done.
