From Odoo to Zid
The reverse direction: what Odoo pushes back to your store, and how to switch it on.
Everything here is off by default
The connector's main direction is Zid to Odoo. Everything on this tab is optional and switched on deliberately by you.
Update the Zid order status
When the order status changes in Odoo, your store order is updated automatically. Very useful so your customer sees their order has shipped without you updating it by hand.
Add the invoice URL to the Zid order
The connector attaches the Odoo invoice link to the order in your store, so it is available to you and your customer.
Create and update products in Zid
Two separate switches: Add New Product to Zid creates in your store what you created in Odoo, and Update Zid Product from Odoo syncs the edits.
Update order lines on Zid
Reflects order line changes made in Odoo back onto the store order. Needs the Tecfy addon.
Two-way syncing needs a decision
If you enable product updates in both directions, decide which system is your source of truth. Otherwise an older value can come back and overwrite a newer edit.
Enabling product push changes the menu
Switching on either product-push flag unlocks an extra mapping screen. See Creating products in Zid from Odoo in the products section.
