The Customers screen
Reviewing which customers have an Odoo partner and which do not.
Open the Customers screen
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
What the table shows
Your store customers as the connector received them, and the Odoo partner each one matches, if any.
Searching
Search for a specific customer when you want to confirm their link, especially if they were named in an error message.
A customer with no partner
This means creating them in Odoo has not happened yet, or failed. Check the Customer Error screen for the reason.
This screen is for reviewing, not editing
Customer data is managed in your store and in Odoo. This screen shows you the state of the link between them.
