Exporting orders
Getting your orders out as an Excel file for review or reconciliation.
Open Orders Export
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
What the file contains
Your orders as the connector sees them, with the corresponding Odoo document ids. That is what makes it useful for reconciliation.
Choose a date range
Export a specific period rather than everything. Smaller files are faster and easier to work with.
The fifty thousand row limit
Export stops at fifty thousand rows and flags that it was truncated. If you hit the limit, split the export into shorter periods.
The most common use
Comparing your store orders against what reached Odoo, to confirm nothing was lost. See also Excel Compare Report in the reports section.
