Pulling orders from Zid
Importing orders that never arrived by event, or that predate your installation.
When you need this
Three cases: orders that predate the app, orders missed while the connector was down, and orders whose notification never arrived.
Pulling fetches, then processes
The connector reads the orders from your store and processes them with the normal rules: the same status mapping and the same settings.
Pulling by pages
For large volumes there is a paged pull, letting you import batch after batch instead of attempting everything at once.
Check your settings before pulling
Pulled orders are processed with your current settings. If your status mapping is wrong, you import a hundred orders incorrectly instead of one.
Watch out for duplicates
An order already processed is not duplicated, because its Odoo link is stored. But if you created the sales order by hand in Odoo, it will be created again.
Start with a small batch
Pull a short period first and check the result in Odoo before pulling whole months.
