Shipments and labels
Retrieving shipment details and the shipping label from Zid.
What is available
The connector can read an order's shipment details from Zid, and fetch its shipping label.
Needs the Tecfy addon
This feature needs the Tecfy addon installed inside Odoo. Without it the setting appears but does nothing.
The shipment comes from the carrier
Shipment data is created by the carrier through Zid. If the shipment has not been created in your store yet, there is nothing for the connector to find.
Mapping carriers to services
See COD and shipping services in the configuration section to map each carrier to the right Odoo service and journal.
If the label does not appear
First confirm the order actually has a shipment in your store, then confirm the Tecfy addon is installed. Usually one of the two is missing.
