Looking at one order
Tracing a single order from Zid to Odoo and finding where it stopped.
Search by the Zid reference
The quickest way to a specific order is to search by the reference number as it appears in your store.
The linked documents
The order shows the ids of what was created for it in Odoo: the sales order, the stock picking, the invoice, the payment, and a credit note if there is one.
Working out where it stopped
Read the documents in order. The last one present is the last step that worked; the step after it is the one to investigate.
The error message is stored on the order
If a step fails, the error message is stored on the order itself — the same message you see on the matching error screen.
Open All Order Errors
The aggregate screen is faster if you are looking for any failed order rather than a specific one.
