Products Quantities on Odoo Online
The quantities screen for Odoo Online users, and the sync states on it.
Odoo Online hosting only
This screen is for Odoo Online hosting only. On Odoo.sh you get "Products Quantities" instead.
Open Products Quantities (Online)
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
The columns
Id, product name, SKU, the Odoo quantity, the Zid quantity, the status, an error message if there is one, and the last update time.
The two states
Pending means the quantity changed in Odoo and has not been pushed to your store yet.
Synced means it was pushed successfully.
Sync Now from Odoo
Reads the current quantities from Odoo immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled job. Use it after a stocktake or a large adjustment.
Push to Zid
Sends the pending quantities to your store straight away.
The two filters
Not posted only shows what has not reached your store. With errors only shows what failed to send. The second is the one to check when something is wrong.
Syncing runs every twenty minutes
The scheduled jobs inside Odoo run every twenty minutes. A change in Odoo does not appear in your store instantly, which is normal — use the buttons above if you are in a hurry.
