The most useful diagnostic screen
This screen answers one decisive question: did the notification arrive at all? If it did, the problem is in processing or in Odoo. If it did not, the problem is your webhook subscription.
The columns
Event type, time and date, the id or reference, and a summary of the data.
The payload inspector
You can open any event and read its full content exactly as Zid sent it. This is usually what technical support asks for when diagnosing an odd case.
Searching by id
Search by order or product id to see every event relating to it in chronological order.
An empty screen is a bad sign
If this screen is empty, or the newest event is old while your store is active, your webhook subscription is broken. Check the subscription panel on the Configuration screen.
