Where to find them
From the account menu in the header: Merchant Info and User Info.
Merchant Info
Your store details as the connector read them from Zid: name, domain, plan, and subscription dates.
User Info
Your Zid account details: name, username, email, and mobile.
When you need them
To confirm your subscription is valid, or to find your store id when contacting technical support.

Everything on these screens comes from Zid. To change any of it, change it in your store control panel, then reload here.
