Zid webhook subscription
The eight events the connector must subscribe to, and how to confirm they are all there.
Why this matters
The connector depends entirely on notifications Zid sends when something happens. Without these subscriptions it never learns that a new order exists.
Open Configuration
The subscription status panel sits at the top of the Configuration screen.
The eight events
Orders (3): order created, order status changed, payment status changed.
Products (3): product created, product updated, product deleted.
Customers (2): customer created, customer updated.
Reading the status
The panel shows how many of the eight are subscribed. Initialized means everything is in place; anything less lists the missing events by name.
The subscribe button
Press the subscribe button to add only what is missing. Existing subscriptions are not duplicated, so pressing it more than once is completely safe.
When subscriptions break
This usually happens after the app is uninstalled and reinstalled, or after a token problem. Make checking this panel your first move if orders stop arriving.
