The Dashboard screen
The first screen after signing in: your Zid store figures next to what the connector has stored.
Open the Dashboard
The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.
Zid statistics
Shows the counts as they are in your Zid store: products, customers, and sales orders.
Database statistics
Shows the counts the connector has received and stored. This is the comparison that matters: a large gap between the two numbers means something did not arrive.
How to read a gap
A small gap is normal — some orders may still be processing. A large or unchanging gap is worth investigating: check Zid Events to confirm notifications are arriving, then the error screens.
