Where the subscription comes from, and what happens when it lapses.
The subscription is managed in Zid, not here
Your app subscription belongs to the Zid App Market. The dashboard only reads it — it never changes it, and there is no screen here to renew or switch plans.
When it is read
It is read twice: immediately when you install the app, then periodically in the background. That is why your account shows as active right after installation rather than after a delay.
What the end date controls
Validity is derived from the end date. Once it passes, the connector stops processing new events. Your stored data stays as it is.
Your plan changes which screens you get
Four screens appear on the advanced plan only: Invoice Match Report, Excel Compare Report, Update Sales Order Error, and Custom Mapping.
