This page explains how we write, review and update the guides in TECFY's Resources section, especially those about Saudi labor law, payroll and our calculators.
Who writes our guides
Our guides are written by the TECFY team.
Reviews
When an article on labor law, payroll or social insurance, or one of our calculators, has been checked by a named reviewer against the official sources, the reviewer's name and the review date appear at the top of the article and in its structured data.
Our sources
We base these guides on official sources, such as the Labor Law and its Implementing Regulations (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development), the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Updates
Every article shows the date it was last modified.
Not legal advice
The calculators and examples in our guides are estimates that help you understand the rules. They are not legal or accounting advice: check with a professional or the official authority before making a decision about your employees.
Corrections
If you find a mistake or something that is no longer accurate, email us with a link to the article. We check every report and, when it is right, correct the article and update its date.
