An order did not reach Odoo

The check order that finds the cause nearly every time.

1Start with the red bar

Look at the top of the dashboard. If the red bar is showing, that is your cause and every order is stopped, not just this one. Go to Reauthorizing the app and stop here.

2Did the event even arrive?

Open Salla Events and look for a status-updated event for that order number.

  • Not there — Salla never notified the connector. The problem is the link between them, not your settings.
  • There — carry on to the next step.

3Open Salla Events

The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.

https://salla.tecfy.co/events

4Is the status in the right list?

Open Configuration then the Status tab, and confirm the order's current status is in the create sales order list. This is by far the most common cause: the connector does nothing for a status you did not select.

And if the order is cash on delivery and you have COD statuses enabled, check the COD lists rather than the normal ones.

5Are the products mapped?

Open Product Error, or open Products Mapping and turn on Unmapped Only. A single unmapped product in the order is enough to stop the whole thing.

6Open Product Error

The link opens the screen directly in the Integration Dashboard.

https://salla.tecfy.co/producterror

7Did the customer make it?

Open Customer Error. An order whose customer does not exist in Odoo gets no sales order.

8Look for it on the error screens

Open Create Sales Order Error and look for the order number. If it is there, read the Odoo message: it says exactly what is missing.

9Inspect the order itself

Open the Orders screen and search by reference. The badges on the row tell you how far processing got; a row with no badges means the status matched no list.

10Then retry

Once the cause is fixed, press Retry on the order row, or move the order to another status in Salla and back so a fresh event arrives.
