What your plan controls, and what stops when the subscription lapses.
The plan decides which screens you get
Four screens are advanced plan only:
- Invoice Match Report
- Excel Compare Report
- Update Sales Order Error
- Custom Mapping
If they are not in your sidebar, your current subscription does not include them; nothing is broken.
The nightly check
The connector checks your Salla subscription state every night and updates the available features. If you renewed and the screens have not appeared, sign out and back in, or wait until the next day.
What stops when it lapses
When the app subscription in Salla lapses, the access token stops being valid and everything halts: no orders, no quantities, no status write-back. The red bar appears at the top of the dashboard.
No data is deleted. After renewing, reauthorize the app and pull the missed orders.
