Red banner: token is invalid
The connector is fully stalled. See Reauthorize the app in this section.
Nothing reaches Odoo at all

Orders arrive but invoices are not created
This is the Status tab: you have not chosen which Zid status creates the invoice. See the Configuration section.
Cash-on-delivery orders do nothing
You enabled COD statuses and left their lists empty. See Order status mapping.
A screen in this manual is missing
