A screen is missing from the menu
Why some screens are hidden from the sidebar, and how to tell which reason applies to you.
This is deliberate, not a fault
The sidebar only shows the screens that apply to you. Four things decide what you see: your plan, your Odoo version, your Odoo hosting type, and your account type.
The advanced plan
Four screens appear on the advanced plan only: Invoice Match Report, Excel Compare Report, Update Sales Order Error, and Custom Mapping.
Your Odoo version
The ZATCA Invoice Error and ZATCA Credit Note Error screens appear only when your Odoo version is 19.3 or later.
Your hosting type
You get exactly one of the two quantity screens: Products Quantities on Odoo.sh, or Products Quantities (Online) on Odoo Online. Never both.
Agent accounts
If you are signed in as an agent, the whole sidebar is replaced with administrative screens. This does not apply to merchant accounts.
Sidebar not updated yet?
The sidebar reads your hosting type, Odoo version and product-push settings from the session, loaded once when you sign in. After changing any of them, sign out and back in so the menu matches your new settings.
Screens that are never in the menu
Some screens have no sidebar entry at all and open only from links in this manual, such as Advanced configuration, Reset, Delete All Data, and Export Products.
