Odoo Implementation Prices in Saudi Arabia (2026)
Asking "how much is Odoo?" in Saudi Arabia gets you two very different numbers: the software subscription that Odoo S.A. charges, and the implementation service a partner charges to set it up for your business. Short answer: Odoo Community has no licence fee; Odoo Enterprise is billed per user per month by Odoo (Standard or Custom plan). On top of that you pay a partner to implement it. Cost layer 1: what Odoo itself charges
Odoo publishes three subscription plans on odoo.com/pricing, plus the free Community edition you can download:

Odoo shows the per-user price in your local currency based on where you browse from, so a Saudi visitor sees SAR amounts. Three terms on that page change the maths more than the headline price:
- Yearly billing is discounted, but Odoo states the discount is valid for 12 months for the initial users ordered — budget year two at the regular rate.
- Who counts as a paying user: anyone with backend access, and also an employee record in the HR app that has no linked user. Customers and suppliers using the portal are free. A cheaper Light User licence covers employees who only use self-service features such as leave, expenses and attendance.
- Odoo.sh hosting is not included in the Custom plan; Odoo.sh bills workers, storage and staging environments separately and states that its hosting price excludes the Enterprise licence (odoo.sh pricing).

Cost layer 2: the implementation package

- Odoo subscription: 12 users on the Standard plan, paid to Odoo monthly or yearly at the SAR rate Odoo quotes you.

- Store connector: 60 SAR a month or 700 SAR a year (Standard plan, excluding 15% VAT) for the Salla Odoo Connector.
